The position of Assistant Trainer has become available at our 40 horse stable in Matamata. The right person will have extensive experience and knowledge of the Thoroughbred Racing Industry; will possess excellent communication skills and proven thoroughbred handling skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the stable and staff and will be able to confidently run the stable in the Trainer’s absence. He/She will also share the passion and high standards that we aim to promote at Easdon Lodge, both in their approach to the job and in the way in which they present and conduct themselves.
