Dancing Shoes and The Piper impressed in their workout this morning.
On the No.1 grass (good, out 15m), Dancing Shoes and The Piper worked solidly over 1000m in 1:5.7, the last 800m in 50.3 and final 600measily in 36.9. Cliptheticket and Astounded ran 800m in 51.3, the last 600m in 37.2.
The Razza and Siane showed some zip over 800m in 52.1, the last 600m in 38.2. Tristan's Choice and Master Nagol impressed with a tidy 800m in 51.5, the final 600m strongly in 37.3. Chouxmaani and a Shinko King gelding ran 800m in 52.7, the last 600m in 38.1. On the plough, True Power worked at three-quarter pace over 600m in 40. Bonjour did similar work, covering the last 600m in 39.5. Platinum Polly and My Friend Flicka worked over two rounds, the last 600m in 41.1. Fuji Walk worked at three-quarter pace over two rounds, running the last 600m in 40.1. Fillies by Indian Danehill and D'Cash worked down the straight twice, covering the last occasion in 25.4. On the two-year-old grass, a gelding by Spartacus and a filly by Elusive City ran 600m in 37.5. |
